Please note, we’re currently accepting online bookings only and require payment at the time of booking via our secure online booking system.  

If you’d like to reschedule or cancel your booking, please call us at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We are happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment without charge, providing you give us at least 3 hours’ notice and if there’s an alternative time available.

Late cancellations/reschedules and late arrivals/no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment value. We appreciate that life doesn’t always go to plan! So, if you’re a late cancellation or late arrival and we can’t accommodate you on the day, we’ll offer you a standby appointment at a later date so you can still receive the tan you’ve paid for.
